ELAINE 3rd June 2020

Well Uncle David, I can't believe I'm writing this. 😢I know you hadn't been in the best of health with your COPD, but none of us expected to lose you so suddenly after just a few weeks of having some more health problems. Angie tells me you fought so hard, but you couldn't carry on any longer. It's some comfort to your family & friends knowing that Angie & Jen were able to be with you towards the end.I hope you are at peace now, reunited with some of your family.. 'The Evanses' my mam included. I will never forget the last phone conversation we had while you were in hospital.💙 I'm so glad we always kept in touch with each other, either phoning or meeting up for a meal & a lager. I have many happy memories of being with you, spending time at your family home in Abercynon while I was a young girl, babysitting Angie for you & Jen to go up The Trallwn, having music on & dancing when you got home.. mostly a bit inebriated. The parties we had at your house & ours in Quakers Yard in later years. You will be greatly missed & never forgotton. Always in our hearts. RIP Uncle David. 💙 Your favourite niece... (our joke) Elaine. Gary & Family. xxx💔💙💔
